The more sugar you eat, the more AGEs you have; and the more AGEs that accumulate, the more damage you cause to your collagen (the protein that keeps you youthful).

    Among those foods that kill easily are processed meats. The reason is not far-fetched, as it is based on the preservatives and sulfites used in manufacturing them. According to dermatologist Dr. Ariel Ostad, these meats, because they are loaded with sulfites and preservatives, can trigger inflammation in the skin and accelerate the aging appearance. It is best you substitute turkey, chicken, or hard-boiled egg salad for processed meats.
  • Alcohol
    One source that kills humans faster is the intake of too much alcohol. So many individuals are so obsessed with alcohol to the extent that they can’t live if they don’t abuse alcohol every day. These ingredients, caffeine, and sugar, cause wrinkles and speed up the aging process. And according to dental experts, regular consumption of energy drinks causes serious damage to the teeth because the acidic content bathes the enamel of the teeth, making them look yellow and older.
