What makes this spice potent is that it contains antioxidant that protects skin as well as improves wound healing. To effectively treat eczema using turmeric spice, take two spoons of turmeric spice daily.
Applying Apple Cider Vinegar
Apple cider vinegar has a variety of use. Besides the fact that it is an excellent kitchen staple, apple cider vinegar is reputed to soothe the skin to prevent inflammation, rashes and burns. This is another medication that can be used to treat eczema effectively. This treatment involves using creams like calcineurin, pimecrolimus and tacrolimus known to increase the body’s immune system response. Although this medication does not have clear cut side effects like steroids treatment, it may not be suitable for long time usage.
Applying Olive Oil
Olive oil is a superb natural home remedy that cures eczema; this oil effectively tackles eczema because it contains omega 3 fatty acid reputed to inhibit skin inflammation and itchiness. To treat eczema using this home remedy, rub and massage olive oil into affected areas to moisturise dry and itchy skin.
Tea Tree Oil
Tea tree oil is a popularly referred to as a miraculous natural remedy that treats almost anything. Gently rubbing few drops of tea tree oil mixed with olive oil on the affected area at least twice daily will rid your skin of eczema or other similar skin conditions.
