7 large and heavy pomegranate
1 cup of filtered water

Method of Preparation

Remove the part that looks like a crown
Score it into different sections as you want
Tear apart and remove the seeds into a large bowl
Add the 1 cup of water
Blend it but not completely
Pour the juice into a strainer to remove the seeds
If you don’t have a metal strainer, you can use a nut milk bag
During this process (i.e, when pouring into a strainer), you will notice that the juice comes out slowly. This is because the pulp is thick. So to make it faster, I would rather you used a spoon to press the pulp against the strainer
Pour the smoothened juice into a glass cup
N.B: do not blend completely in the juicer. This is because if the juice is blended completely, it will turn bitter

Watermelon Juice Recipe

Watermelon can be an instant remedy to sunstrokes because of its ability to quench thirst quickly. Watermelon is a good source of vitamins A, C, and all nutrients. It can protect against skin infections

Ingredients

6 cups of large watermelon chunks or 1 large seedless watermelon
1 cup of purified water
6 ice cubes

Method

Wash the watermelon in a bowl with purified water
Cut the watermelon into halves
Pour the purified water and stir thoroughly
Pour the mixture into a blender and blend  to smoothness
Strain the juice to remove the pulps present
Pour the smoothened mixture into a glass cup
Add the ice cubes and serve immediately
